“Someday is not a day of the week.”
Everyone waits ‘until tomorrow.’ I did as well. I waited for a new day, a better day—the perfect day—to lose weight and start living my life. That perfect day never arrived.
Eight years ago I made the decision to ‘start my tomorrow today.’ I lost 80 pounds and became a fitness pro, speaker and writer with a mission to help others reclaim their bodies and their lives. Or, as I like so say, “Reignite their pilot lights.”
My book 21 Days to Change Your Body (and Your Life), set for release this month, has the goal of helping people change their lives and take control of their worlds; become healthier and happier; to find balance and enjoy life.
I write freelance for magazines, newspapers and the web and do speaking engagements to help people improve their lives, get healthier, and move to the next level. In my “off time” I teach Spinning®, interview rock stars, photograph concerts and eat chocolate.

Today truly is the first day of the rest of your life. Are you ready for change?
